At BRAC’s Annual HRLD Conference 2020 in Gazipur, we worked with over 200 dynamic members of BRAC’s Human Resources and Learning Division (#HRLD) to re-imagine the futures of workforce learning in a “VUCA” world. With technological and global health implications now disrupting all established modes of living and work, these alternative conversations are crucial in strategizing for a future-ready workforce.
