Purposes
• Test scores will be interpreted on the basis of relevant norm groups. The test candidate(s) will be informed of the norm group used.
• Equality of opportunity will be demonstrated continuously with all test users treated fairly, impartially and courteously
• Test results will only be kept for 2years with confidentially after 2 years with full confidentiality and then destroyed.
• Candidates will be made aware of the procedure if they are dissatisfied with any aspect of the testing process.
• Psychometric Tests may be used in conjunction with Aptitude Tests.

Confidentiality
• Confidentiality will be assured and maintained at all times for test users.
• No third party will have access to any testing material including administration documents, practice leaflets, question booklets, answer papers, scoring templates, manuals or profile charts.
• All test materials will be stored securely with electronically restricted access. |
