An agreement was signed between NAZ Group and pro-edge associates for “Organizational Development & Restructuring for Performance Improvement” of NAZ Group at the former's factory premises in Rajendrapur, Gazipur on June 30, 2011. Mr. Nasir, MD, of NAZ Group and Mr. NEA Shibly, CEO & Chief Consultant of pro-edge associates signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organizations. The signing ceremony was also attended by Mrs. Nasir, Chairman of NAZ Group and other officers of pro-edge associates.

The management of NAZ Bangladesh Ltd feels that to cope up with the planned growth and to achieve business objectives both on a short and long term basis it has become imperative to design and implement a programme on ‘OD & Restructuring for Performance Improvement.’
