MT Development Program for Coach, Mentor and Assignment Manager

pro-edge associates conducted two awareness workshop program on MT Development Program for Assignment manager, Coach and Mentor  on 25th January,2011 and 26th  February,2011 at Hotel Lakeshore and Bengal Inn.

The primary purpose of the MT Development Scheme is to increase The City Bank’s succession strength via the development of employees who have the potential to become senior managers. MTs need also to be adding value to the organization within each development block.

The experience the MTs have whilst employed in development blocks directly impacts on their motivation and commitment to stay with the organization. Assignment Manager, Coach and Mentor, will have to maintain important relationship with the MT.
In order to maximize the return on our investment, there are some things both the Coach and Mentor need to do/be aware of which relate specifically to the management of MTs in this scheme.
