Assessment Centre:
Total 154 candidates had been assessed for 13 day. Four assessment tools have been used for this assessment centre:
- Group Discussion
- Role play
- Behavioral Event Interview(BEI)
- Presentation
Following core competencies had been identified for selecting right candidates which is aligned with core values of the city bank ltd. They are:
- Communication & Influencing skills.
- Supervisory leadership
- Delivering result
- Customer Focus
- Change initiative.
All case studies and exercised has been developed using critical incident method which was totally customized for city bank and information collected after taking interview with proven achievers of the bank. |
